RemoteHerd provides a platform for job seekers to discover remote employment opportunities and for employers to post job listings. Our services include:
- Job search and filtering tools
- Job alerts and notifications
- Career resources and articles
- Subscription-based access to premium features
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans include:
- Trial: $2/day
- BiWeekly: $10/14 days
- Monthly: $15/month
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
4.4 Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for monthly plans. Daily and biweekly plans are non-refundable.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Scrape, copy, or misuse platform content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on RemoteHerd, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profiles, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.
6.3 Job Listings
Job listings are provided by third parties. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job posting.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
RemoteHerd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of job listings or information
- Employment outcomes or job placement
- Security of data transmission
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteHerd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Actions of third-party employers or users
- Unauthorized access to your account
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RemoteHerd harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Any reason at our discretion
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RemoteHerd operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
